The core of MCI for Shanxi Branch China aluminum Co.,LTD is realtime database，the realtime database use Aspen's Infoplus.21.MCI for Shanxi Branch China aluminum Co.,LTD contains 26 sets of DCS or PLC and so on.Among this it has 5 sets of Foxboro I/A'S DCS,5 sets of SIMENS WinCC PLC,8 sets of Rockwell RsView32 PLC,2 sets of Hollysys SmartPro DCS,2 sets of Power Automation System ,4 sets of PLC with touch screen(3 sets of AB PLC,a set of SIMENS PLC).
Our company provide OPCServer which is developmented independently for control system without OPCServer.For example:2 sets of electricity automation system is from Shenzhongdian and Nanrui .We develop CDT OPC Server in accordance with communication protocol .What's more,there is no OPCServer on 5 sets of Foxboro.We develop Foxboro FoxAPI OPC Server.The PLC system with touch screen doesn't have upper monitor and we develop corresponding OPCServer .
We analysis, processing and integration data according to needs of users after collect the data to Infoplus.21.We not only meet the needs of realtime monitor,but also meet the needs of deep data mining.
