    The core of MES for Yantai Wanhua Polyurethane Co.,Ltd. is realtime database system，it uses Wonderware's Historian (original InSQL)，Yantai Wanhua Polyurethane Co.,Ltd. include the following devices ：MDI devices（Yokogawa CENTUM CS3000）、formaldehyde devices（Fisher-Rosement DeltaV）、carbon monoxide devices（SUPCON JX300X）、devices（Yokogawa PIMS）and devices（GE CIMPLICITY）.Control system against DCS of each devices .There is no OPC interface above，we provide OPCServer which is developmented independently ，though Wonderware's OPClink collected realtime data for Historian ，in the end put out the realtime data on manufacture though Intouch and SuiteVoyger in the way of C/S or B/S.
